The Art of Living Your Life

To get to where you've always wanted in life, to create your days joyfully and intentionally, you must take control of your thoughts and learn to focus them on what you DO want.

This ability is the key message taught by Abraham through Esther Hicks, by The Secret, and countless other teachers through the ages. If you would like to move forward towards your dreams, walking with an experienced guide, and with some other students, this class could be just exactly what you're looking for.

If you have made up your mind that where you are is not where you intend to be, I invite you to join our band of life artists. Come create the life of your dreams and paint it with broad, bold strokes.

Destiny favors the bold! -- Goethe

NOTE: This is not a fluff class. It is not that you have to do homework or figure out something like Calculus, but it is emotionally and mentally life-altering. Do not proceed if you wish your life to stay the way it is.

You should know, going in, that everything in your life will be different with every class in this training.

It's not that you have to wait to get through everything. The changes start with the first class. We dive right in and go for the gold with every moment we spend together. You will experience radical, life-altering shifts in your belief system, your self-esteem, and your personal attitude.

Continue with courage and determination. I look forward to enjoying the adventure with you. If you are ready, proceed with anticipation.

The Art of Living is presented live and online via Zoom on Thursdays, 7:30-9PM Central. Materials are delivered via PDF for you to print out each week. There is a workbook you can order if you prefer to have all the pages preprinted and ready to go, so you don't have to worry about downloading or ink or having things ready. Order that at the BOOKSTORE. There is link at the top of every page.

This training lasts about 6 months. Tuition is $60/month and the training lasts about 6 months, depending on how the holidays fall since we play hookie on those days.

Not having direction and in the midst of wanting to give and be more with love, I found myself needing spiritual guidance. Along came Coach Trisha, a light of wisdom and a teacher of Divine Spirituality. It is through her knowledge and ease of understanding, that I have discovered the power of self-love and acceptance through the Art of LIving Your Life. Whether you are a first timer or taking the class for a second time - know that it is worth the growth and empowerment you will receive. Thank you Trisha!

This is my third time I have taken The Art of Living Your Life.  The first time I took this class, back in December 2012, my mother was ill and in a nursing home. I did not know how to truly live my life AND help her.  Then in 2017, I decided to take The Art of Living Your Life again because I was retiring and starting on a new chapter in my life and wondered what it was going to look like.  This third time, November 2023-April 2024, I decided to take it again because I had just spent the last 3-1/2 years as my sister's Power of Attorney (general and medical)  and spent much time with her while she transitioned with her disease and then passed.

It seemed with each of these events, The Art of Living Your Life played a huge role in guiding me along the way—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.  Through the struggles that came my way, I was reminded that I AM good enough; that I approve of me; that I am never alone; that I am not afraid of being me; and most importantly, that I love me.  These are just SOME of the important things  (and there are many more) that I was taught in this class.  I so admire Dr. Trisha Keel--her time and hard work and compassion, for teaching this class and having it available for anyone who at ANY TIME needs that nudge to know how and learn "the art of living your life".  I highly recommend this class!

Taking this class changed my life, and set me on a path fpr elevating my thought processes, changing how I viewed the world around me. Learning to set boundaries changed me too. I learned to flip uncomfortable situations by choosing to change how I viewed them. Acceptance of myself was key. Some in my circle didn't need to be there, and I had to love them from afar. No longer am I swimming in a toxic pool of ICK.

Like the flowers, I'm finding the Sun and letting it gently shine on my face. I appreciate you, Trisha Keel . I wish young parents knew about this class. They would have a better chance of happier outcomes with their children. Keep up the good work. ❤️❤️
