Holistic Life Coaching focuses on you as holistic -- or whole -- person. The process addresses all four levels of your existence: body, emotions, mind, and spirit. I do this to open you up to your Personal Power.
Together we will look at how well you are currently able to take care of yourself at each of those four levels, considering what might serve you better to help you achieve your goals. You will feel as though the weight of the world has lifted off your shoulders once you have a plan of action you're comfortable with.
Also toward that end, as your Personal Power Coach, I will pull in all contributing resources for information, exploration, and consideration. You will integrate the information shared as you feel "under+stood" to move to higher levels of ability and manifestation. Each interaction we have provides you with an expanded set of skills and possibilities, with a focused selection of activities for you to explore.
Not all information will make sense to you at first. Just as a dream of a stranger is a puzzle until you experience meeting that stranger, sometimes it takes a little time for the unfoldment of your realization. Those who stay in a state of expecting wondrous things find the experience wondrous things. As you feel encouraged, you will reach higher, empowered to achieve the dreams which were once simply hazy ideas.

You don't need to tell all your business to everyone in your life.
Keep some of what you do private. You are not here to amuse your family and friends, nor are you here to feed the gossip mill.
You have two eyes and two ears, and only one mouth. This indicates you should watch and listen twice as much as you speak.
Practice listening and watching while we work together. You will be amazed at what you learn, as well as how it seems to just appear "out of the blue" or as a "complete surprise."
Synchronicity is an indication that you are attracting what you need.
