Feng Shui Friendly Real Estate Evaluations

When I sold the home in which I had so much fun learning feng shui, I quickly discovered that sometimes so much knowledge was not such a good thing. Every place I looked at to move to had some sort of feng shui problem. After a while, however, I realized that it was not necessary for a place to be 100% feng shui friendly. Some spaces can have feng shui challenges and still be extremely supportive and comfortable places to live.

So I Created A Feng Shui Friendliness Evaluation Scale

I figured that if any given place had 100 possible items to evaluate for feng shui friendliness, then somewhere with 51% feng shui friendly was more desireable than someplace only 50% feng shui friendly. After that, I set about itemizing the key factors for support, comfort and ease in the lives of residents. From a few years of research, I created the following scale:

≤25	Not Feng Shui Friendly - Level: UNACCEPTABLE	N/A
26-50	Not Feng Shui Friendly - Level: POOR	N/A
51-75	Feng Shui Friendly - Level: FAIR	Green
76-84	Feng Shui Friendly - Level GOOD	Blue
85-92	Feng Shui Friendly - Level EXCELLENT	Red
93+	Feng Shui Friendly - Level BEST OF THE BEST	Purple

Want Professional Feng Shui Evaulation for Buying or Selling a Place?

If you want a place fully evaluated for its feng shui friendliness, I will visit in person. This service is available in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area and is charged at $350 for residential and $500 for commercial. (Up to 3000SF - Additional area incurs additional charges.)

You will receive the Feng Shui Friendly Evaluation along with a signed and notarized Letter of Certification, declaring the structure's level of feng shui friendly design. These documents are delivered both via pdf and on my gold foil-embossed letterhead for inclusion in your marketing campaign for the sale of your home/building. You are allowed to link to me and this page in your sales package.
