Is Your Home Feng Shui Friendly?

Before you build or purchase a home be sure that the property will support you and your family's lives. You can do this by hiring a certified and experienced Feng Shui consultant, training yourself or hiring an architect, home designer or home builder that has been trained to provide Feng Shui Friendly design.

If your architect, designer or builder has been trained in Feng Shui Friendly (FSF) Residential Design, they will have the list of 100 FSF design elements. When they include these elements in their designs. they place an insignia on their plans that reflect the number of FSF Design Elements that were implemented. The FSF Design Insignia certifies their diligence in assuring that you and your family have the energy and support you need.

For a property to be appraised as Feng Shui Friendly (FSF) it must have 50 or more Feng Shui Friendly design elements. With that, it is 50% more likely to support you and your family's lives, goals, health and relationships. If your home appraises at a score over 75% it shows incredible talent, vision, and extreme attention to your needs. As the number of FSF design elements increases over 50, the value of the property increases proportionally. Below is a chart showing the FSF insignia colors and their corresponding scores.

Insist that your environment be created with your future in mind. Send your architect here to this website or to the AIA website to learn more about training in Feng Shui Friendly Design.
